Signature Projects
Setia Fontaines is a 1,691-acre mega township located at the heart of North Seberang Perai by S P Setia Bhd in 2016. The mixed development has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM9.6 billion. It will comprise 16 residential precincts, 270 acres of commercial and retail components, a 63-acre man-made lake with musical fountain, and 37-acre town park.
