    Director – Ir. Ooi Chee Liang

    Professional Qualifications
    • Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate, Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
    • Industry advisor for Universiti Tun Hussien Onn Malaysia (UTHM).

    Education
    • University Technology Malaysia (1992 – 1996):
    Awarded a scholarship by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia. Second Class Upper Honors Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Polytechnic Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah (1991 – 1992): Certificate in Building Services Engineering.

    Professional Experience
    Ir Ooi Chee Liang gained valuable experience working with various consultant engineering firms and public listed development companies. His involvement in numerous major development projects, from planning to completion shape his expertise. He was tackled challenging high-risk developments such as hill slope development, soft soil treatment as well as major road network studies and upgrades.

    • Invited speaker for Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Pulau Pinang.

    Professional Experience
    Ir Yeap Geok Ngoh began her career in a well-established consultant engineering firm, gaining exposure to major developments and high-rise projects. In addition to her roles in design and project management, she contributed to value engineering, structure forensic and strengthening, heritage building restoration, erosion and sedimentation control planning, road safety assessment for major road networks and traffic impact studies.

    Professional Experience
    Ir. Song See Siong started his career in local and Singapore consulting/construction companies. His experience spans various projects including high-rise buildings, mixed development as well as factories. He is skilled in handling/ solving challenging issues throughout the projects’ lifecycle, from the project inception through the design and construction phases, culminating in obtaining necessary certificate of completion and compliance.
